On May 12, Tan Bin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Juwei Group and Chairman of the Eurasian Chinese Trade Union, led Luo Junwen, Trainee Chairman of Yaofei Group, Chen Qiang, Executive President, and Li Xuehua, Manager, to conduct an in-depth visit and exchange with Ligong Gentian Technology Co., Ltd., led by Academician Deng Yulin.

The theme of this event is "Application of Precision Temperature Control in Space in Commercial, Agricultural and Civilian Applications". The two sides conducted pragmatic discussions on topics such as the industrialization of aerospace technology and the joint construction of aerospace experience center projects, injecting new impetus into cross-domain collaborative innovation.

 

Aerospace-grade temperature control technology unlocks new scenarios for people's livelihood

Under the guidance of Academician Deng's team, the delegation first walked into the exhibition hall of aerospace science and technology achievements to immerse themselves in the civilian transformation practice of "space-level precision temperature control". As an academician of the International Academy of Astronautics and an expert in aerospace medicine for China's manned space program, the microfluidic chips and other devices developed by Deng Yulin and his team have been carried on the Shenzhou spacecraft, Tianzhou spacecraft and the International Space Station many times. In the exhibition hall, the "space-level ice temperature preservation system" attracted special attention: by simulating the flow field inversion technology of the Hall thruster buffer cavity, the system can control the temperature fluctuation of the cold storage within ±0.1℃, reducing the decay rate of fresh products such as peaches from 35% to 8%, and extending the shelf life to 3 months. This technology has been applied on a large scale in Qin'an, Gansu and other places, helping farmers achieve off-season sales, with a single product premium of 150%.

 

"We have noticed the broad prospects of this technology in the fields of smart agriculture, cold chain logistics, and high-end food processing." Chairman Tan Bin said after the experience that the Yaofei Film and Television City Rural Revitalization Project under Juwei Group is planning to build a modern agricultural industrial park, and aerospace temperature control technology is expected to become a key tool to increase the added value of agricultural products. Chen Qiang, Executive President of Yaofei Group, further proposed that this technology can be implanted in the ecological restaurant supporting the film and television city to create a "space-grade food supply chain" and form differentiated competitiveness.

 

Space Experience Center Project: A New Benchmark for the Integration of Science, Technology, Education, Culture and Tourism

In the subsequent discussion, the two sides focused on the space experience hall project for in-depth discussion. Academician Deng introduced that the space research base led by his team has built a three-in-one education system of "classes, halls, and competitions", covering special exhibits such as "space station life" real-life simulation and underwater weightlessness training, and has served more than 100,000 young people in total. "We hope to combine the rigor of aerospace technology with the fun of cultural and tourism experience to create a popular science education IP with international influence."

 

Luo Junwen, trainee chairman of Yaofei Group, deeply agrees with this: "As a pilot project of Guangdong Province's 'hundreds of counties, thousands of towns and tens of thousands of villages', Yaofei Film and Television City is striving to build a cultural and tourism ecosystem of 'red culture + technological experience'. The addition of the aerospace experience hall will provide tourists with a full-chain immersive experience from film and television shooting to science education." He revealed that the film and television city's existing 12,000 square meters of indoor venues can be transformed into a space-themed experience hall. It plans to introduce precious exhibits such as the Shenzhou spacecraft return capsule and space suits, and set up interactive projects such as VR space walks and sounding balloon launches. The annual reception is expected to reach 500,000 people.

 

Industry integration: from technology empowerment to ecological co-construction

On the topic of industrial integration, the two sides reached a number of consensuses on cooperation. Academician Deng said that Ligong Gentian is willing to use aerospace technology as a link to build an "aerospace + agriculture + cultural tourism" innovation consortium with Juwei Group and Yaofei Group to promote the large-scale application of cutting-edge technologies such as space biological experiments and aerospace breeding in the field of rural revitalization. "For example, we can introduce highly stress-resistant crop varieties cultivated in the microgravity environment of space into the forest economic orchard of Yaofei Film and Television City, and at the same time develop a 'space planting' research and study course to form a 'scientific research-production-education' closed loop."

 

Chairman Tan Bin proposed a three-dimensional cooperation model of "technology + capital + scenario": "Juwei Group has more than 4,600 VR/AR application scenario resources and a global media network, which can help the digital dissemination of aerospace science content; Yaofei Film and Television City's tens of thousands of acres of land and policy support provide a natural testing ground for the industrialization of aerospace technology." The two parties have preliminarily determined to give priority to launching pilot projects in the fields of agricultural applications of aerospace temperature control technology and construction of aerospace experience halls, and plan to sign a strategic cooperation agreement within the year.
